Just a reminder for new members and old friends that

OUR NEW SEASON STARTS AT THE INSTITUTE, NEW ROAD

on THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10th at 7.30 pm.

Our new Conductor, Ian Allan, plans to prepare for the Christmas concert on Sunday, December 13th, by working on several choruses from Handel’s ‘Messiah’ together with carols for Choir and Audience.

Next year on February 5th 2010 we shall join other local choirs in a fund-raising concert - ‘Over the Sands’- at the Central Methodist Church, Morecambe, contributing Roger Cann’s ‘Evergreen Landscape’ and some African songs.  
At our Summer Concert on May 16th 2010, we shall present the Fauré ‘Requiem’ and Poulenc’s ‘Gloria’.
