Agenda for an Extraordinary Meeting of the Chamber membership as requested by a petition organised by Owain Dew Hughes and Others.

The Committee of the Chamber of Trade has responded to Lake District Estates, regarding their proposals to develop two fields at Devils Bridge, in line with an understanding formulated at the normal monthly meeting which took place on 11th March 2013 (which all paid up members were eligable to attend and which was properly advertised to members). Since then a petition has been received requesting an extraordinary meeting. The letter outlining the reasonable response of the Chamber and fully supported by the committee of the Chamber, which has been sent to Lake District Estates, accompanies this agenda in order that members are acquainted with the up to date position in advance of the Extraordinary meeting.
