Kirkby Lonsdale Handbell Ringers have been established and performed in the area for many years. They currently have ten members from Kirkby, Barbon, Gatebeck, Lancaster and Morecambe. Practices are held each week in Kirkby Lonsdale. The team play for a variety of organisations, including the W.I. and also in St Mary's church for the September weekend etc. Christmas is an especially busy time. We always play Christmas music for the residents of Kirkby's Care Homes.
