Formed in 1877 the Rugby Club runs 3 senior sides as well as U18s and a thriving junior section of over 400 boys and girls from U7s to U16s. The club is host to several events through the year and offers function facilities as well as a fitness centre.
Kirkby Lonsdale Netball Club are a friendly bunch of ladies who play for enjoyment, fun and fitness. They have three teams that play in the Lancaster Netball League.
