Green Door Artists
We are a self-managed, not-for-profit artists’ co-operative originally based in Kendal but now with around 100 members from around Cumbria and North Lancashire. We are committed to bringing artists together and making contemporary art accessible to local residents and visitors to the area.
We run a variety of events during the year – group exhibitions, an art trail, an art auction and social events.
We also have a studio on Market Place in Kendal which is home to seven artists.
Anyone can join Green Door – whether you’re an established artist or someone just starting out on your creative journey. For us, it’s about supporting each other along the way and providing opportunities to network, exhibit and get involved in the arts community.
