Mindful Yoga is suitable for men and women of all ages, ability and beliefs. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required. So, young or old, agile or stiff, yoga helps you to be the best version of yourself. Mindful Yoga Refresh is slightly more dynamic than Sunrise or Sunset. If you're looking for something more gently challenging than Mindful Yoga, try Chi Flow, which is similar to Tai Chi and Chi Gong often practiced in parks in Japan and China.

Dr Zoe Pirie
Zoe qualified as a Shiatsu practitioner in 1997 after completing a 3 year diploma with the British School of Shiatsu-Do (UK) led by Ray Ridolfi and Suzanne Franzen. She has worked as a shiatsu practitioner and taught 'Do-In' Chi Gong exercises ever since. In 1999, Zoe passed the Shiatsu Society Assessment to achieve Member of the Register of the Shiatsu Society (MRSS) status. For 4 years she attended the residential Shiatsu College Post Graduate Diploma Course. Zoe has studied and worked now for over 20 years with a wide variety of inspirational Shiatsu teachers from various schools all over the world.
