Concert&Cakes with Daniella Sicari

Concert&Cakes is an hour of classical music followed by a chance to meet the performers, whilst enjoying delicious home-made cakes, tea and coffee. No ticket required, if you enjoy the music, we will ask for a donation at the end.

On Saturday 17th October, we welcome back Australian/British soprano Daniella Sicari. Currently based in London, Dani studied opera at the Royal Northern College of Music and first performed for us in 2017 with her jazz band, The Easy Rollers. She returned with a solo opera programme in 2019 and then memorably entertained us all in 2022 when the Easy Rollers performed outside The Punch Bowl Inn at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Street Party on Low Street.

Dani will be accompanied by Lithuanian born pianist Lauryna Sableviciute, recognised for her deeply expressive playing and stylistic versatility.
