Question Time for Cumbrian Gardeners

Have your gardening questions answered by a panel of 3 local gardening experts.
The Hardy Plant Society, Cumbria are delighted to host this event at Preston Patrick Village Halll, Crooklands on 4th February.
Entrance for members of HPS Cumbria is free and all guests are welcome – entrance fee £5. Members will be able to have their gardening questions answered by a panel of three local gardening experts: Shelagh Todd (lecturer, designer and plantswoman), Pat Murphy (Holehird and the Mecanopsis Society) and Bertie Swainston (Head Gardener Sizergh Castle).

We are also happy to receive pictures of unidentified plants or diseases, emailed to either of the addresses above.

The Group meets at the Preston Patrick Village Hall, Crooklands , near Kendal, LA7 7NW (map)
Meetings are monthly, we aim to have 3 or 4 Garden visits a year and the annual plant sale will happen in June 2025 details for further dates to be confirmed soon
Membership/Visitors
Local membership fees are £10 for a couple, £7 single for the calendar year. Guests are welcome at lecture meetings at a fee of £5. Free parking.
